Ford gets bad news in court
As the result of legal action taken against Ford on the behalf of commercial truck dealers stemming from 2002 and the subsequent loss in court, Ford has been ordered to pay around $2 billion dollars to commercial truck dealerships who were apparently overcharged during an 11 year window.
