Chrysler is recalling 11,351 of its 2011 vehicles, including the Chrysler 200, Dodge Avenger and Jeep Wrangler, because they may have a missing or incorrectly installed rivet that could result in a loss of steering capability, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
