According to its latest survey of more than 1.3 million vehicles owned by readers, Consumer Reports says Toyota and Honda still build the most reliable cars sold in the U.S. The publication notes that General Motors has made big improvements in quality, so much so that its vehicles now rank ahead of those from luxury brands like BMW, Mercedes-Benz...
