Cadillac Issues Recall for CTS, CTS-V
General Motors has issued a recall for 2009 and 2010 models of the Cadillac CTS and Cadillac CTS-V. According to a bulletin from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, those vehicles fail "to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 208, 'Occupant Crash Protection'."
