In written testimony for a House of Representatives hearing on Thursday, Toyota will say it has checked about 2,000 vehicles and none of them have flaws in the electronic throttle control. Toyota insists that various causes of customer concerns include multiple stacked floor mats and unfamiliarity with how vehicles act when resuming cruise control.
