I just found this announcement, the the big three (Chrysler, GM and Ford) have teamed up on a Powertrain Technical Hotline. See the link below for more info.

Ford, Chrysler, GM team up with new hotline for the aftermarket - - Motor Age - Automotive training, certification & parts info
