Yes! Depending on the truck, most powerstrokes get the 3.5 downpipe!

Most of these Kits come straight out behind the tire, and the Duramax dose not come with a downpipe (If you plan on changing your Downpipe...Please dont call me to help hehehe Just kidding ) I'll Pm ya a price when i get home!
