Deciding on a location is going to be the biggest part of this meet.

Shea is covering all the dyno runs and all drag races.

He said he would even pay to have your truck fixed if it broke.

I agree, And prizes for each, I will say this much though....I'm not doing it alone again. We'll have to have some support to make it happen. Even more so if we're not doing it here. If we go here I can provide cabins and all that stuff and can some what control what can and cant happen because it's my property. If we go elsewhere (we'll have to. the events gotten too big for our lot) I have no control over anything.

I'd say within 10-30 minutes of our shop.

I've got some friends that way, Someone said Adam Gragg's family owned some property at or near the drag strip. If we can find enough space, We may even look at a sled pull...

The last three years it's grown more and more, There's no way I can continue to pull this off with the Staff and sponsors that we've had the past few years.
Last year It was basicly Luke, Us and Diesel Bombers that made it happen. Lots of folks help on event day but it's alot of money and work to make this thing happen!

I'm thinkin wilkesboro will probably be the best all around location, I'm not going to stock alot of parts, we might just put the tighter knit crew (diesel bombers and our little gang) at the cabins again and throw a weekend bash type of thing!

Yup, Me and Shea will get up with you one day and we'll discuss what we can make work!

If we can get it setup with minimal investment this might also be a good option!

I'm shooting for cooler air than the last dyno day, Maybe later in the year! (Sept-Oct)

Another note, I would like to grow this event a little more this year. I'm sure we'll do another Diesel world and Possibly diesel power add.
I can cover the food, thats not a problem. I've got an actual DJ setup for the upcoming event as well.

I've talked to the guy with the local sled, He's game, I've talked to Mike, He's good to roll for whatever date.

I'm really concerned about switching from one person being in charge of making things happen to some type of "group" that makes the choices. Not that I want to be in charge, Just if I do it, I know its done.

If we're going to do this, let's step it up a notch and take it to the next level.
We've also got a couple local options up here I can look at, and then drive to the drag strip but thats just a PITA.
