Gauge Install
Just wanted to post up about how my gauge install went. Lucus installed my gauges yesterday and did a superb job none the less. Everything was wired correctly, and while I watched and learned he showed me how they should be done correctly. Everything was color coded and Lucus put in at least four or five quick disconnects so that the gauges could easily be removed. I believe he is going to post some pics here in the next coulpe of days on the install. Thanks again Lucus for the help. I would recommend anyone to have Lucus do whatever kind of job you need done, not only is he very knowledgeable, he explains in detail what is going on during the process.
Thanks Again...

Thanks Shea!
I'll post some pictures up later. With the increasing number of folks doing there own upgrades we feel it's important to set an example on things. We're really concerned when it comes to correctly wiring things like gauges. Over time, I've seen some pretty out there wiring jobs that could cause harm to the driver by way of fire, or completely burn the truck to the ground. In the pictures, You'll see the correct way to series your gauge lights, and wire behind the A-pillar. As Shea said, We install quick connects (eaither crimp connectors or weather pak connectors). In a matter of 15 minutes Shea can have his gauges out. The Gauge wiring is wire loomed and tied AND zip tied to prevent the wiring from coming in contact with any sharp or protruding objects. Disconnects are located under the knee bolster, All wires are marked with zipties of coordinating color so there's no confusion.
Thanks Again Shea!
