Just wanted to let everyone know that once again L&N has come through with some KICK @SS coustomer service. Long story short I NEEDED a part and Lucas didn;t have one. He contacted another shop for me and got it sent out. Well the other shop screwed me over pretty good by taking my $$$ and not sending the product!!! Well Lucas being the great guy he is jumped in and is sending me the part now OUT OF HIS POCKET!!! He stood up... said I set this deal up and he is making it right!

I hope y'all understood that... A shop other then L&N F'ed me over and Lucas (of L&N) stepped up to make it right because he feels its his responsibility because he set me up with the deadbeat shop! What a stand up guy!

Tell me about it... I know I drive him crazy all the time when I call him with questions but he always answers them if he can and if not he calls back with an answer! he really has been a HUGE help with this nitrous set-up!

At least there is still some people in business that actually treats there customers with respect they deserve when you give them your hard earned money...Most places are good but like this one there is always one that makes you want to give up hope

As you all see , This is a messed up situation...and I've been dealing with it a while...I thought it was just my point of view for a while but it's been coming more and more clear over the past few months and this just confirms it. Some folks are great mechanics but are lacking in the other aspects of running a respectable company.

I've got a few friends that somewhat dislike me because im 1/4 of their age and I've got more customers and do more work on a daily basis.... It's stuff like this that makes me wonder if i want to stay in this line of work!'
