I am participating in the American Diabetes Association's annual Tour de Cure event this year. I am asking you to join me in the effort to Stop Diabetes by making a contribution to support my ride.

Being inspired by my brother in law with his own lifestyle change, he helped motivate me to get back on a bicycle to help my own recovery from a recent knee surgury. I now want to ride for the benefit of others and help in the fight for a cure. With an initial goal and hopes to be able to ride 25 miles, I have continued to improve and will be riding at least 50 miles with my eyes set on the 80 or 100 mile log routes.
This year I will be riding on my brother in law's team, Team Velo Valero Benicia. Depending on the amount of support I receive, maybe next year we will have our own Ken's Performance Solutions Team!

The dollars we raise for the American Diabetes Association fund research, provide services, and give voice to those denied their rights because of diabetes. I believe in the work they do, and I invite you to join me in this effort. More than 25 million Americans live with diabetes, and your support can and will make a difference in their lives. My goal is to try and raise at least 1000.00 dollars.
