Default nice winter mod for the summer

ever wonder how to get a colder A/C without doing any major work that is very costly?

do it like the big rigs do and shut off the hot water to the heater core!

go to Home Depot and buy some water valves (according to the hose size you have on your rig)

cut the hoses and install the valves.

I dropped 12 degrees!

IF YOU HAVE AN AUTOMATIC TRUCK- YOU WILL NEED TO ADD A 3RD VALVE (which i am installing this winter) TO ALLOW COOLANT TO FLOW THRU THE TRANNY COOLER ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE BLOCK (cummins motors)

This is a cheap mod and now I have to turn the temp down cause the old girl gets too cold! With a black truck and the size of the mega cab it gets pretty hot. This mod is by far the best I have done.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!

it works pretty well. I have to add a 3rd valve for coolant to continue to travel thru the cooler on the right side of the block. am thinking of machining a billet valve set up.
