i kno this is a little off but if you are setting these bars up is it ideal to make them as parallel as possible to the ground with all the weight on the ground

Being a racer I look more toward instant center, center of gravity, etc to make up traction bars. Not being a puller, I would suggest asking around with some of them for the tricks of the trade...
