OK, take it easy on the 'newbie',,,

My Ford 1720 has a 'pulse' in the hydraulic system. It happens to both the loader and the three point. It basically "jumps" or "lurches" about 2-3 inches up and down. I've checked the fluid level and filter, but both were OK.

Any thoughts?

I would say seals are out of the remote valves.Cylinders could be leaking internally check to see if the cylinder is warm when you run it this will check for int. leakage, IF that is the problem just reseal the cylinders.
