I have a young Airman that bought a 05 in January and I think we will need to rebuild it. Question 1 how much to do it on the cheap (i.e. not a shop doing the work) probably need rings at a minimum. Second so who has the experience and tools to help out. Any help would be great.

Well I forgot to mention it is a 05 CTD

cheap.............. well phil, harold would be the one for this. he isnt a regular shop. [has a home shop equipped to work on these dodge cummins] he can do ANYTHING on a cummins, and has, and has done it many times. and is very reasonable. can take apart and put back together a cummins blindfolded.
