Common Dan! It's not rocket science to keep something together when it doesnt make any power... I'll take almost 3x as much hp and tq and do it reliably after the trans is done and still have less then $2k in my truck

Since I'm no rocket scientist, thats right up my alley. I'm just funnin' though. I wouldn't mind having an uber-powerful cummins in my truck, but I am content with what I have and will make the most of it as it does everything I ask it to. Maybe 20-30 years from now when I need a new engine I'll swap in a 5.9, who knows maybe by then I wont have to sacrifice my first born to afford one.

Dan, it was still shifting hard until about a month ago. After I put on the turbo and cooler, it started slippin. I dunno what i'm going to do with the trans yet. Might do a rebuild with a converter, might do 47 or 48re swap with a manual valve body, not too sure yet.

dodge trannys suck. mine died the first time with only 43k on it stock. had it built and it lasted about 130k then broke the main shaft and needed another rebuild.... that was a week before we moved up here.

I feel like a total schmuck .... I have yet to dyno either truck.
