Hey, should be ready to let that 1974 F-250 go soon. I should be getting the plates swapped off it to my 86 next week. I just had to put a new starter and radiator cap on it though, but I'm not going to raise the price. I remember Jake and Dan(millco) showed some interest in it. I'll retype the ad just in case.
1974 F-250HD. 360, C6, 2wd, full float rear with twin piston front calipers, PS, PB. I bought the truck a earlier this year to pull my mother business trailer but she thinks it's too ugly. We have probably put less than 500 miles on it since we got it in which time I did the following to try and make it more reliable. New plugs, wires, cap/rotor, belts, rebuilt carb, oil/filter change. I disassembled the interior, cleaned it out, fixed the heater, lubed the moving parts, changed light bulbs, put undercoating on the floor, fixed trailer wiring, new starter and radiator cap. Truck always starts and runs clean. The only bad rust is in the drivers floor. The rest of the body is straight except the tailgate and passenger corner. The only problems with this truck is the left rear brake makes noise occasionally and it leaks a lot of oil. The PO said he was adding a quart every 500 miles. The interior is pretty clean, parts of the seat cover are missing but the seat is still solid. Only asking $500. Send me a PM if interested.
