Ok trany is working great. Now i have a problem with turbo lag no take off power. Muddy drove it last knight and said [2 times as much turbo lag as should be] im stumped. What do you guyes think? O it still has stock turbo and it is tight.

sounds like its getting too much fuel off idle? bottom of fuel plate maybe too deep?? IDK just thinking.

bottom starts off just like a #10 or a # 100. middle is cut in like a #4

Moved fuel plate back to 1/2 way and did not help.

and you said you tightened up the starwheel right?

I had the starwheel at 1/2 and moved it all the way forward.

Adjust your smoke screw all the way out and then back to where it is just touching the diaphram shaft .....then ad a half turn more.
