Hello i have an 89 chevy k1500 crew cab short wide bed with a 3 inch body lift and a 3 inch suspension lift. It currently has a 350 gas burner in it. i am going to put a diesel in it in the near future. is it worth the extra cost/work to put a cummins in it? what will i need to make the 5.9 fit my frame and make my electronics work? need help!! this truck has a 700r4 trans in it btw.
