Anyone see any improvements to the racing surface? What condition was the starting line in? Did the track personnel make any comments about changes or upgrades they may have done over the winter?

Past 1000' felt like 540 just north of the johnson exit... and the right lane shut down section was bad.

my under powered truck only had a traction problem once, and that was at the start line, blew the tires off
i got a tire that has a bump to it, so i didnt know if it was the trac, or just the tire

Starting line was not preped like it should of been. My vids showing all four tires spinning on every take off. Water didnt help either. Mitch said the next race will be 1/4 for the brackets and 1000' for the heads up. He also said no upgrades to the end of the track for slow down but if your one of the unlucky ones that do make it to the end of the track Mitch said he hopes to get some sand down there. But if you make it past the said...well it was nice knowing you because there is a 60ft drop off!!!

Several unlucky ones have made it past the end of that track over the years and several have died.
