Well before you go , fill that thing up and check your blinker fluid, that will slow you down big time. Aint nothing like a slow blinker.

theres a fix for low power steering fluid curtis, i think it just came out or something, its called FILL THE F****R UP

Paul - truck is very close to being fired up. I have been traveling for work so progress has stopped for a few days. It needs to be primed with oil and the rest of the fluids and then fired. Then chase any leaks and start clearing DTC codes with my laptop (no more factory fan, AC, etc).

New motor has a lot less compression so it will need a completely different fuel/timing tune and more boost. It also needs a lot more turbine wheel/housing to breathe well at 5000rpm. If you look at my dyno graphs hp/torque fall off hard above 3500rpm (that is where the GT4202 runs off the compressor map).

I have a new converter setting on the bench. It will go in when it's time to swap turbos. Still a lot of ground left to cover but the checklist is getting shorter.

I saved the smashed section of my old down pipe - going to have it mounted like a trophy.

Does anyone need a new FASS 150gph lift pump kit??? It will be going on Ebay soon if nobody wants it on here first.
