You all like that downpipe?? I have a patent on that design so please do not try to copy it. Best mod I've ever tried. I'm also working on a new 2pc turbine/impeller shaft - it should help fuel mileage considerably...

Remember these are the before pictures. With the factory EGR cooler and up-pipes in place there was not much room so it was probably not the best move to try to fit a 4" diameter downpipe...you see the results of the BFH modifications. I have more room to work with now and the firewall will be massaged a little. A new pipe section will be welded in and I'll be good as new.
Shouldn't be long before I can hear it run again. There are a lot of things that have to be tweaked or changed. I'm used to swapping a bigger cam in a small block and calling it good. This is a different animal all together.
