its ok. but you are blocking some of the airflow for your intercooler so it will raise the temp going into your engine. resulting in a lil less power higher egt's

It looks ok. it should add heat and keep your engine warmer. I don't think you will have a problem with cooling. There is actually an article in diesel power mag that talks about doing it and getting better MPG.
