whats goin on fellas. my names brandon. im a sergeant in the army deployed to baghdad, iraq at the moment. im a diesel mechanic for the army on a good day anyways. im lookin to find some diesel shops in northeast oklahoma or some input on some work on my truck. my injection pump failed while i was home on leave. im lookin at a 100 hp vp44 pump from thoroughbred diesel, a set of 110 hp dynomite injectors and a fass 150 system. hope to get to know ya'll

Thanks for the welcome fellas and I apreciate the support. My Injection pump failed on my dodge while i was home, no power top end, i can still drive it, but only if i keep it below 60. I'm tryin to get it fixed before i get back at the end of september. Whats the goin rate on install for a hot rod vp44 injection pump, 110hp dynomite injectors and a fass system.

I have seen this type of problem on a couple 12 valve trucks. Truck would only run at about 60mph, problem was a dirty fuel filter. Changed the fuel filter and everything was back to normal. This could be the problem and then again maybe not. Start with the cheaper parts first and go from there.

i did that las time i had this problem. it ran good for another 15000 miles. but this time it's spent, i got a failed injection timing code, erased it, deleted my tune, fault came back. its got 190000 on it on the stock pump and lift pump, so its due.
