The racing got washed out. Platte City truck pulls were as good as ever - over 100 diesel trucks. Wakeman won 2.8 (with a bunch of Haisley trucks nipping at his heals), Grant Roark was in the top 5 in 2.6. "Twisted Goat" put down an amazing pull in the 3.0 class (that truck put 20+ft on the top of the TS 3.0 field). Sheids should be fun!

Got home about 5am this morning - still can't sleep (too many Mt Dews!)

Not finding a hotel room till 4 A.M....Check

Seeing 4 deer cross in front of you on 71 south (near Butler) @ 78mph...check
Dozing off at the second Rogers exit..check
Filling up both lanes of I-540 with a 4dr, long bed, Dodge Ram...check
Driving home after being up 24hrs....priceless
