FIRST...I'm sorry for the SLOOOOOOOOW response time. I have been without power sense 9/14/08.

Typically it runs $43. Ive sent to CA to FL,TX to NY and everywhere in between. With the exception of a destination in FL that required a grass boat for delivery (dont ask LOL) this was the rate. There are 2 decient size boxes that come with each order. The 5 gallon tank requires one to itself. Thanks. Smokes
