I have heard nothing new. I'll ask the managment today if they have heard anything else. I did talke with Marc from MBRP not to long ago, and he thanked me for posting this issue up on a few forums. He than said he wanted to get on the forums, and thank everyone himself for all the help they had given. I haven't seen him post, so I'm guessing he's been really busy or something like that.

Well, I haven't heard anything more about this. I talked with Mark from MBRP once about this, and he thanked me, and everyone who was helping on this. I'll try to see if I can find out this week what if anything is going on.

Well after almost 2 years later, it seems that these guys still have not gone away. I've recently heard that they were able to round up some cash for their to pay their attorny and persue this somemore. They are still trying to claim the "cross over" pipe in the truck bed idea.

 

i wish i had nothing better to do than try to patent something like this and cause trouble like these guys. what about the cross over pipe under the bed if you have duals exiting under the bed? maybe i could patent that if there's not one already. or not! good luck though!

 

Some people just dont have a clue as to reality and any judge that would hear a case like this is stupid because all the parts for this can be bought and almost anywhere.


another quick note it almost looks like they tried to patent the location of the cb antenna. Is that what it looks like to yall too?
