Ok, now i see. About a year ago i was looking to buy a cummins 6.7 for my swap. I went and looked at a rolled 2010 C&C. The cab was off and i could read the aisin on the side of the trans. The guy told me it was a 6speed 68RFE.
---AutoMerged DoublePost---
Toughest stock trans in the market today for a 3/4 or 1ton.

Sadly no...that POS is another fine Dodge/Chrysler product. So dissapointing as so many of us that flip our trucks every few years were promised this kick-*** 6 speed tranny for almost 2 years, then when it was finally announced, it was only available in the C&C...
Im still happy with the 68RFE but Dodge always advertised the Aisin as the Allison killer, too bad nobody gets to do a true comparison.

Dont quote me on this but I beleive the top rail of the frame is also different to accomodate decks and dump boxes.
