Maybe he was Military. I had a Missouri drivers license, Texas plates and Texas phone number the entire time I was in. Hell, I've been out since '09, live in Missouri with Missouri plates now, and still have a Texas number

$65k is stupid high, though. There's a shop that'll build you a 2008 Excursion for less than $60.
