sell that peice of @!*# and get a cummins or duramax both are better than fords my dads got a ford and he hates to say it but he even nows cummins is where its at even our ford dealer tells most people when they come to get a dependable truck he sends them to the cummins dealer

Yeah, BULL . There ain't no dealer that's going to tell you go somewhere else, and I bet a ford will out last a dodge every time especially stock and definatley modded with less cash. Like I said and others it's all personal preference, WHAT YOU WANT not anyone else.

the ford truck will out last the dodge truck, the cummins engine in the dodge will outlast the truck it is in, the dash board will cave in and the headlights will turn brown, the fiesta print shuttlebus upolstery in the dodge will rip, but the cummins engine will live on, being in dodge trucks is what makes a cummins affordable, you can find a 96 dodge truck for 2500 bucks. you can buy a 96 5.9 on a pallet missing the turbo for 2500 bucks and still feel like you got a deal. keep the ford and buy a dodge when you get the money, pull the motor out and put it in the ford.

this is a good truck bashing thread. but it looks like most of us agree cummins is the way to go. so my friend make your decision on what you like. just know what we think. some people prefer a ford body with a cummins and some a chevy. but i dont cross breed and keep a cummins where it belongs.

 

actually if you READ the thread, more people said to keep the ford. 7 people said keep it, 3-4 said sell it, so read the thread before posting

all this is to most people is ford fan boys wanting to keep a ford out there. all im sayin is he needs to choose. he heard our input now he needs to test drive and let us know what he thinks.
