I've been looking for a 2wd dd 3rd gen 4 door auto, or a 2wd qc auto for someeeee time now. Nothing working out, either junk, or super overpriced. Looks like I'm gona have to get a gasser, its just disappointing. I'm tired of looking, and tired of putting cash in Goldie when I'll never get it back out of her. Bums me out.

 

I feel your pain man. everything around here was as you described. I ended up gettin mine on ebay and shippin it. Hardest decision i've had to make. Good luck and don't give up. They're out there

 

I'm afraid of buying on E bay, spending a bunch of coin and getting a POS, then who knows... I know tons of people whom has had great luck, I'm just chicken

 

Is "Goldie" the '90?

My '91 is the DD for me. Gets a bit better MPG than the '07.

 

Goldie is my dd, she's awesome! its just all the rot, drive train couldn't be better, cabs rotten, needs front springs, hangers, beds junk, I don't wana put any more cash in her. She's prolly gona see the shredded in the future, minus the drive train oh course, sad but true.

 

Oh, sorry to hear that. Didn't realize that was the issue. Not much you can do when body cancer starts getting ahead of you.

 

Same in my area.. all diesels here are over priced.
