If you’re looking to cool down your tuned 6.0L Power Stroke, the new PowerMax turbo from Garrett should be considered. The charger features a 63mm compressor wheel inducer and a variable-geometry turbine housing that provides both quick response, and increased turbine efficiency. According to Garrett, the PowerMax can support up to 175 hp more than stock without sacrificing driveability. Units retail for $1,200 and should be perfect for trucks making 450 to 525 rwhp.
