After adjusting the kick down cable on the new 92 we got I took it for a ride, well about the 2nd WOT pass I heard a boot let go. Come to find out it was a cheapie that the previous owner used. It is only two years old and you can see how the heat under the hood ate it up. Don't leave yourself stranded with no boost, luckily I was about 1/4 mile from home. Most of the sponsors here can hook you up with QUALITY boots that wont break the bank!

Let go right at the clamp, you can see the faded color where the band clamp was not covering it.


Dry rotted to no ends... This boot was 100% JUNK!!! All the other were quality boots put on at the same time, they all look fine and are not dried out.
