sounds like a cummins, only looks a little different, but probably a cummins

Its an MWM. MWM Motores Diesel - Products According to Navistar's ISIS its a little version of a dt466, 1 head per cylinder, wet sleeves, and a Bosch VE pump like a 1st gen cummins.
