Default Insurance for highly modified trucks?

I have just got done putting back together my '01 Dodge that I have built for competition drag racing, but I want to drive it on the street also. Here's the problem, I have roughly $50,000 in upgrades done to the truck, and I can not find an insurance company that will be able to reinburse me in case it is stolen or destroyed for more than the actual cash value of a stock truck. I was wondering if anyone here has ran into this problem also, and if so, which company did you end up going with. I was told by my agent to look for a company that uses an agreed value instead of an actual cash value. Please let me know of any insurance company(s) out there that would be able to cover my investment. Thanks!

look in to "show car" insurance. I have had to use it in past. Granted they have milage restrictions but may be worth looking in to
