No but you will be able to buy one of these very soon
Yes it is ugly, yes it is Indian, but it is a step in the right direction in regards to getting the American public on to the diesel train

Ford has been putting diesels in lots of their vehicles, just not in the US

Just like in (Brazil?) you can get a commonrail 3.9 Cummins in the F250's, and their Rangers also have some type of diesel in them

It seems like almost every market but north America has a lot more diesel options, Vauxhall has many cars with diesel engines, as do VW and more.... that just aren't available here, its quite frustrating to know that there are better and more fuel diesels out there and we get stuck with Hybrids and underpowered eco-box things like the smart car

0-60 of 5.9 seconds and a top speed of 155mph, and the 42mpg is conservative, watched an episode of Top Gear where they had to race from i think central France to Blackpool northern England, and they only had one tank of fuel, and a certain time limit, the one guy was driving a jag similar to that one and ended up getting something like 50mpg and he was going 75-80mph, with the stereo going and ac, pretty much anything he could use to make the car worse on fuel he did it, and he still made it even with a 1/2 gallon of diesel left, it was something like 650miles and its a 14 gal tank..... simply amazing

50mpg(better than a pirus) and still able to take it to the track and out run other cars

That was the same car they took around the 13 mile long Nuremberg ring in under 10 minutes. They had to average like 80mph or something to do it. I would be all over that car if they brought it here.
