There is no "both" without compromise.
Water cools and cleans the engine but doesn't increase power. Methanol cools and increases power but eliminates any cooling effect when it burns. A 50/50 mix will increase power but won't change EGTs. A 60/30 mix (washer fluid) will cool a little and increase power a little.
