injectors
yes always change all the injectors. Our 04 6.0L service truck at work had a dead cylinder, the boss
sent it to the dealer and had the bad injector changed and now about a month later guess what . . . another dead cylinder.

Our truck was throwing a check engine light and when I hooked up the computer I found codes for cylinder 6 misfire. Now it's throwing a code for cylinder 7 misfire. Once the injectors our removed they can be bench tested to see if they're functioning correctly.
i work for international and yes change all of them at the same time. Also check the push rods and rockers, they are another common thing that goes out on the 6.0 or 365 as international calls them. What happens is the top of the push rod wears out and becomes oval instead of perfectly round and the rocker will come off and cause u to have a dead cylinder too .Just one good thing to check while u are under the valve cover ! The 6.0 injectors have a valve in them that can start to stick going back and forth and that is called stickture and there is a way to check this while the injectors are still in the vehicle . But u would have to go to ford to have this done
