I have a Holset HT4C and am wanting to know if its too big to run with out a smaller turbo for a driver on o 4BT

 

I never heasrd of that one .........size anyway..........for the 4BT the HX35 has great reviews, no since in re-inventing the wheel here

 

or would it be better on like a modded 5.9 cuz it has a 88mm Compressor/Turbine i got it for free so i'm not out any if not used

 

need to figger out where it falls in comparrison here

i don't know alot about it but i1m guessing it closest to the HT4B if any i was told it came off a L10 cummins that was rated around 300hp

 

I thin the 4B would have a hard time driving that turbo..............a modded 5.9 may do OK though???

I'm having a hard time finding info on it but most of the refferences were on forms for pulling or comp so i'll keep trying

 

that is a tad big for a daily driving turbo

 

ya i don't know if its true or not but i heard somewhere that it makes like 70psi spooled up

 

For those wondering, HT4C has similar flow to the big brother but spools faster. As far as running it on a 4BT... That thing is friggin HUGE.
