Lookin for a way to add hp to my engine i have a 84 isuzu pup 2.1 lt desil engine its old and still stock i dont have alot of money but there has to be a way for me to get top performance out of it. I cant do alot at once but little by little i will get it done. I wanted to get max performance out of this block it has less than 30k on it and it gets great mileage. do anyone know where i can get the info for this truck. its not big and bad like all of your guyses trucks but i would still like to do some basic horse power modes on it and i cant even find out what injectors it has. please help im stuck ............

I don't know anything about this engine, but a simple way to increase power is to set the injection pump a little bit to the rich side. Disadvantage is developing smoke.
If you have a turbo, a manual boost controller like the Forge Munos is a cheap way to increase horsepower. More fuel+ more boost= more power

If you want more and you have a turbo, simply add an intercooler or one with a bigger core.
As you can see -you can go in steps and as money allows.
