I had a similar situation, I ordered a 3 gauge pillar from them. Now on there website it still to this day says it "Replaces factory A-pillar with no cutting/drilling required" which after talking with the guy on the phone and through emails he assured me that the pod was a direct replacement for the a-pillar and that the factory pillar is not needed anymore. My factory pillar had broken tabs on it, so I bought it and the site did not say anything about being on back order.

After a month of my cart still saying my "order is processing" (or something to that nature), I emailed them, called and talked to them (raising he!! to them), they said it would be shipped 5 days from now, and, that went on for the next several months, each time they also said they couldn't refund my money until I returned the item. Every time I asked them how could I send it back when it has not even shipped to me yet?

Well finally after about 6 months, I got a package with the pillar (and what do you know, it was just a cover, just like every other pod), called them back and b!tched again and told them that this was a cover NOT a replacement like I was told several times, I told them I was going to send it back and that I wanted a refund, they told me because the purchase date was past 30 days they could not give a refund.

We can get you a 90 degree fitting that has a tap for the fuel pressure. That what people need when using an Airdog or Fass.

Another place NOT to deal with is Dominator Diesel. I bought my HRVP44 from them and they never sent my core money back. I kept calling them and they would tell me it was in the mail. Its been over two years and I still don't have my core money.

I ordered side steps from laguna speed 3 months ago. they cost me $479. I would call every week to check on them and they gave me a bs story that the company had parts on back order. So after 2 months of waiting i called rbp the maker of the steps and asked if they had anything on back order. I talked to the owner of RBP and he said there should be no reason i should not have them within a month. They are a total rip off. I am so pissed!!! What should I do? That is a lot of money.

Just a suggestion here. Has anybody reported this to Dieselpower Magazine yet. Good time to see just how upstanding they are in they're business practices also. May be the best way to wake Laguna up is if there primary advertiser drops them.
