What are the stacks called that have the weather toppers like on old tractors, I'm havin a brain fart

i haul my pullin truck backwards on my trailer and i am getting tired of covering them up so the wind dont turn the turbo. i wish i had some of those stacks.

Duct tape works good to close them up for towing.
