Default 2nd gen crewcab conversion or mega cab ??

i have to make a decision on selling my truck which i really like for a mega cab or do i keep it and make it a crew cab. i need more room in my truck now. the truck i am talking about is the 1 in my sig. i bought the truck with 18,000 miles on it. it has been garage kept from the day i bought it and it does not get drivin in the rain or snow unless i get caught in it. i have 2 people that want to buy my truck now. and if i sell i want a 5.9L mega cab.here is why i cannot make a decision. if i sell to buy a new to me truck i will have to get a loan for 20+ thousand dollars to buy a stock truck that i know nothing about and will already have 50,000 miles. or do i spend 15,000 to 20,000 dollars and turn my truck into a crew cab. i already spoke to bayers who will strech the truck and if i measured right it will add 16inches to my truck now..whats yer thoughts.....??????

i really like mega cabs, but the only way i would get a truck stretched is if by a professional that has done that type of work before other wise i would steet clear of something like that to much stuff to go wrong and if it does go wrong its gonna be big...ie the truck splitting in half going down the interstate at 70 mph

Personally, I would probabaly just have yours stretched into a crew cab. I'm pretty sure that is what I would do. The mega cabs are nice but pricey and seem to be fewer and fewer in selection for a nice used one.

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

after ALOT of thinking and lack of sleep i have come to a decision. i am going to keep the tuck another year. i figure next year there will be more megacabs in my price range makeing it eaiser on me. plus i will be better off in the finance area and if i cannot find what i want then i will do the conversion..
