Im going through the same thing right now. I just sent in a complaint to the BBB and Im on the phone with them now they put me on hold trying to find my package. They just told me they have no idea when I will recieve my package, no close to date no nothing. They said that they never know when a package will actually be recieved by the customer because it takes their warehouse forever to ship anything out. I can finish the story because it would have to be posted in the badlands but basically we are getting our money back from them.

 

7th try calling them to get our money back and still no answer.

 

Call you credit card company and have teh charges reversed. Tell them you ordered items, they took your money and never shipped the items and wont answer phone calls. The credit card companys WILL take it serious and if they get to many complaints about one company they will remove tehre right to accept there card.
