We already called them and have a set price.However it may go down but not up within that time frame.We have it locked in at a certain price.We are putting it together piece by piece I have NO intentions of doing it their easy way and lifting the arches.

when you guys mention putting the building together piece by piece what do you mean
Im about to start a small one 25x30 untill i saw this discussion

If you haven't started please follow my advice.By piece by piece I mean assemble 1/2 a section at a time and get it bolted down first then bring the 2nd half up and bolt it together.Otherwise if you do it as 1 piece its unsafe as I had a bad experience long story but the end its easier to assemble it 1/2 a section at a time.Hope it helps.

cold in winter and hot in summer. also consinsates. if you do it have spray foam shot inside also use stainless bots as they come with mild steel bolts

Well it costs about $10,000 to spray on foam insulate the building.So dad said the hell with it.Right now we heat the shop with a wood burning furnace and it keeps it above 50 in there so its not terrible.
