It's really pretty easy, all you need is a few items from the hardware store, like glass jars, bottles, stove, rubber gloves and some chemicals ...

You'll need some muriatic acid, drain cleaner, starter fluid and some cold medicine.

Wait a minute did you say Bio-diesel? Sorry, I was thinking crystal meth.

I don't know... (about either one, btw)

There is another section for Alternative Fuels , Additives , Fluids ... others have discussed how to make it before.

I run 20-30% bio-diesel, but I buy it commercially. There is a plant in town near Ft Sam that makes it, they try to price it at $.25 less than the typical petrol-diesel price. This week Alamobiodiesel is being sold at $1.99

Are they selling 100% bio-diesel or a 5%-20% blend, as in B5 or B20?

We used to have 4 Shell stations that sold B20, and it was about the same price as petrol-diesel.

I think they have since stopped selling B20, maybe reduced to B5; the clerks don't know for sure. I think because of some claims of the Texas environmental agency.
