You could probably put up an argument to defend ATS itself and have some kinda hope of changing a few opinions for the better but as far as this Richards, No matter what argument you use it's just a fact, you can defend stupid.

HEY Joel Richards, You SCUMBAG lap dog, go back to your master CLINT at ATS, and drop to your knees and do your job, CLINT stuck his foot in his mouth, and now he's going to pay the price !! BTW SCUMBAG Joel Richards, did I post this or did some-one that knows my password and doesn't like me post this ??? WHO are you going to get mad at ?? Me or the person who used my password ????

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

I think ATS know their stunt back-fired, and now no-one is going to buy their CRAP, so CLINT is going to have to slash prices by 50% and see if he can pick-up some business ????

This is way over blown. If I have this right Clints lawyer drew up a report. Clint from ATS read the letter and rejected it because it is not ATS's position. Would have been the end of story if someone wouldn't have posted this on the internet.
If it was true it needed to be posted The first time I read it I thought to myself no way ATS would send that to the EPA. It wouldn't have taken that long to call ATS tell them what you heard before posting a rumor that you know could potentionly ruin their business.

Gunman41 you can't possibly believe this is a ATS stunt

I am of the opinion that I doubt the attorney single handedly conspired to bring down the diesel dfp-delete industry.

Mr. Richards further informed us that the so called "attorney" is an officer of the company or atleast upper management of the company. I suspect that they have a much closer relationship than your typical attorney-client would have and would have discussed this prior to drafting it.

Ya'll know that situation about the dog who runs like hell until he gets to the end of his chain, then THARRRRRRGHHHH!

Well, that dog is the diesel performance industry and that chain is getting close to becoming taut....

There is so much un-professionalism in the light duty diesel performance world it makes me sick to my stomach. To quote a certain black dude "can't we all just get along." There is a huge battle to be fought with the EPA and other governmental regulators when it comes to aftermarket vehicle parts and everybody needs to stick together.

There's way more infighting in this particular facet of the performance world than I've seen in others, and the increased visible image the diesel sector is getting will definitely be harmed if some people don't pull their heads out of their asses and realize there is enough pie to go around, but you gotta bake the mother****er first before you can cut your piece out of it.

Sorry, but these teenie bopper bull**** drama fests are getting really f'ing old, and these companies, especially the "big ones", better get their ducks in a row to not let simple things like emails get snagged by uncouth individuals and start issues like this in the first place.

The simple fact that an "industry leader" like ATS could have this happen tells me they aren't quite the sophisticated operation they try to make themselves out to be. Perhaps they should realize that without a solid business foundation they won't make it when diesels become a larger market share component of the performance world and their business goes up 1250% over night.

Not picking on ATS solely, but this is their rodeo so that's why I'm using their name.
