I don't get how the letter leaked out. The hacker had to have known what to look for.

This is all bologna. I mean think about it for a sec. Why would the lawyer just wake up on day and decide to write this letter? Ding, ding, ding. Of course his client, would of had to talked to him about it and told him to, i mean my lawyer wouldn just write something up that he thought of himself, and then send it to me. His lawyer could just as easily called him and told him about the idea. For all we know Client and his lawyer talked and Client gave him the green light to write this up and here it is. It goes beyond the fact that something got hacked. Something of this nature would not of got written up by a lawyer without the consent or approval of CLient in the first place. I just look at this differently. Besides there was no denying of the letter. The fact that it was written, and then confirmed it was written by Client, just goes to show something was and maybe still is in the works, and they just got caught early.

Then again Client could be telling the truth, or this could just be some good ol' rubbing out the competition, I don't know.

I just like to break down things and think about it deeper. Not blaming, or accusing anyone just thinking outside the box, cause afterall there are liers, hackers, lawyers, and thieves in this world.

Default this may sound stupid

is there anyway that say 5 of us guys on this forum could file a class action lawsuit against EPA stating that what EPA is doing to "OUR SPORT" is unconstitutional by telling us what WE CAN AND CAN'T DO TO OUR TRUCKS.

im serious, i hope i have a point.

i mean if congressmen, & senators can use our tax dollars to take vacations, & charge up a $20,000 dinner bill over the corse of 3 MEALS. <SOURCE inside edition<

We should at least be able to do what ever we want to do to our trucks that "WE THE PEOPLE" bust our *** to pay for these trucks, and i dont need some government official that sits in a cubical with a pointless ego telling me that because BLK smoke is coming out of my exhaust that im killing a polar bear some 3 or 4,000 Fin miles away where it's -20 Fin degrees below zero.

i mean thats like a P.F.C. TRYING to tell GEN. GEORGE CASEY (army chief of staff) how to run the U.S. ARMY.

You could try it...but it would be you & your friends vs. United States of America.

That could get rather expensive....
