New Sterling Truck...Dodge or Ford????

Hey everyone...

I have just returned from a Mining Trade Show in Montreal and saw one of the weirdest trucks ever.....

The truck is the new Sterling Bullet!! It is made and marketed by Sterling (which I thought was Ford) but the truck looks like a Dodge with a Ford Interior and a Cummins powerplant. Looks like a winner to me....

Have a look....

I just looked at the brochure, and it shows a totally Dodge interior....The one at the show looked like an 08 Ford Super-Duty.

Now Im really confused.....

Sterling is owned by Freightliner/DaimlerChrysler. They're still using up a whole bunch of Ford parts (gauge clusters, heater controls, pedal pads, etc) on the Sterlings. Not uncommon to see a Sterling with a 'Ford' brake pedal pad. LOL

You know it is a big hauler when the smallest gear ratio is 4:10!

If I needed one, you can bet I'd be doing so right now.
