Default need some advice

ok. i have a 01 gmc 2500 hd duramax. i just installed the aem brute force hd air intake, a silverline 4" turbo back exhaust, quadzilla stealth 2 programmer and the ppe turbo boost increase valve. i have 2 question. what gauges should i hook up. i have a boost gauge and know i need a pyrometer but is there any else i should add on? and second, with the boost increase valve i am getting no more than 21 psi. has anyone else had this problem or know what is wrong. does it matter on which side of the ppe i install the boost gauge?

If you have your boost tap on the wastegate like alot of lb7 guys, the boost inscrease valve goes inbetween the boost tap and wastegate.

you only need two gauges, unless your planning on adding a lift pump system, a FP gauge will do you nothing with no lift pump.

Also, unless you are towing, it is hard to put enough load on the turbo with the truck by itself to increase the boost any more than that, ie: you will only see benefits in increased boost when under a load, but I would be careful with increasing the boost too much, especially if you still have stock head gaskets and studs...but that is just me, and I do not have a lot of money to be replacing parts...
